Amigurumi Christmas Gnomes Free Crochet Pattern

Hello amigurumi lovers and beautiful visitors, I wanted to share the free amigurumi patterns for you here. In my article I will share 1 pattern and how to make it for you. At the end of my article, I will share amigurumi patterns that can generate ideas for you.

For work you will need:

– yarn of red, gray, brown, white colors;
Rice: We are going to use rice as filling for the gnome’s body. If you knit loosely, it is better to pre-sew the rice into a nylon stocking, or take a smaller hook. The gnomes in the photo are crocheted 3 mm, you can take 2.5 mm.
– scissors;
– a marker to indicate the beginning of the row;
– needle.

The toy is knitted in a spiral, like amigurumi.
All photos can be enlarged by clicking on them. Abbreviations: KA – amigurumi ring VP – air loop Sbn – single crochet Pr – increase Dec – decrease

Nose

White yarn.
1p: 6 sc in KA (6)

2p: (pr) x 6 times (12)
3p: (dec) x 6 times (6)
Finish, leave a thread long enough to sew on the nose.

Beard

We make a fringe. Cut pieces of white yarn 8 cm long pieces 40. Fold them in half, thread them through the loops in the 19th and 20th row. We pass the yarn through 14 loops in the 19th row and through 12 loops in the 20th. Separate the yarn with a needle so it looks more like a beard.

Assembly

Sew the nose under the beard at the level of 18-19 rows. The nose should be in the middle of the beard.

Sew the cap to the head. Pull it a little over the body to hide the border of the “beard” under the cap, lay it neatly over the nose. Sew, hide the ends of the thread.
